GET participates at the Economic Forum Karpacz (PL)
The German Economic Team participated in a panel dedicated to the reconstruction of Ukraine at the Economic Forum in Karpacz (September 5th to 7th, 2023). The Forum has been gathering politicians, economists and representatives from business, academia and media since 1992 and is one of the most important events of its kind in Central and Eastern Europe.
The panel “Reconstruction of Ukraine – Planning and Implementation”, was attended by GET Project Manager Garry Polushkin, who explained Ukraine’s challenges and progress in reconstruction planning since the Lugano and London conferences, the former Minister of Health of Poland, Adam Niedzielski, Artur Radziwill, Head of the Country Economics, Strategy and Policy Unit at the EBRD, Mikolaj Tauber, Country Coordinator Ukraine at the Polish Investment Agency, and Mihnea Claudiu Drumea, State Secretary at the Romanian Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
